Privacy overview
How do I import my assignments?

In My Buckley, go to:

Assignment Center → More → Share Calendar → Feed URL → Copy

Paste the link into Community’s Assignments page. Your feed stays on your device; the Community server does not receive the link or imported assignments. Keep the link private. Available details depend on the school’s calendar feed.

What happens to important posts?

Approved Important and Urgent posts can appear at the top of Home for 24 hours. Priority requests are reviewed to help prevent misuse.

How are posts and reports handled?

Posts receive an initial AI review before publishing. Members can report inappropriate content for administrator review. AI checks can make mistakes and do not replace clear community rules or human oversight.

Is anonymous posting completely private?

Anonymous posts hide your name from other members. Administrators can see the author’s identity to handle reports and misuse. Direct and group messages are not end-to-end encrypted.

How long does content stay?

Ordinary posts and chat messages are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Important and Urgent posts are exceptions. You can manage your own posts and delete your own comments.

Is Community run by the school?

Community is a student-led project for The Buckley School community. Keep checking school email and My Buckley for official information. Questions or ideas? Contact the project.
